2. Use of Our Website
- You must use this website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.

3. Service Information
We provide:
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Locks, door entry, and adjustments
- Decorating and home refresh services
- Annual care plans
- Supporting services such as PAT testing (non‑certified tasks only)
All services are subject to engineer availability and booking confirmation.
4. Quotes & Pricing
- All prices shown on the website are guide prices and may vary depending on the job.
- A full quote will be provided before any work begins.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Care plan prices are fixed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Bookings & Cancellations
- Standard appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Missed appointments may incur a callout charge.
- Priority and same‑day bookings are subject to availability.
- Care plan members receive priority booking as outlined in their plan.
6. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
- Care plans are billed annually in advance.
- We accept card payments, bank transfer, and approved business accounts.
7. Care Plans
By purchasing a care plan, you agree to the plan’s specific inclusions and exclusions.
Key points:
- Minor repairs are non‑certified and limited to 30 minutes per task.
- Materials and parts are charged separately unless stated.
- Major works, emergency callouts, and certified testing are not included.
- Annual visits must be booked within the 12‑month period.
A full Care Plan Agreement is provided upon sign‑up.
8. Limitations & Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre‑existing faults or damage
- Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or third‑party work
- Loss of income, profit, or indirect damages
- Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, supplier delays, emergencies)
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Warranty
- Minor repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
- Work carried out by partner engineers (e.g., boiler servicing) is covered by their own warranty.
- Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property
- Ensure someone over 18 is present during the visit
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, alarms, or access restrictions
- Provide accurate information when booking
11. Privacy & Data
We only collect information necessary to provide our services.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except partner engineers required to complete your job.
