• Unlimited Minor Repairs
  Non‑certified tasks up to 30 minutes each, as often as needed throughout the year. Perfect for door adjustments, sealant work, small plumbing fixes, minor decorating touch‑ups, and general maintenance.
• Same‑Day Response
  When something goes wrong, you jump straight to the front of the queue. Same‑day attendance for all plan members (subject to availability).
• Annual Décor & Maintenance Refresh
  A scheduled visit for touch‑ups: paint scuffs, silicone renewal, hinge tightening, small filling jobs, and general home refresh tasks.
• Full Home Safety Review
  Smoke alarms, CO alarms, window restrictors, trip hazards, and general safety points checked and logged.
• Heating & Plumbing Check
  Radiator bleed, pressure check, and basic system review to keep everything running smoothly.
